if you decide to leave the waitlist, you can request a full refund. When the next batch of seats becomes available, if there are people ahead of you in the queue and all spots are filled before your turn, you will have the option to either move up in priority for the next round or request a complete refund.

We restock in limited batches, and availability depends on demand. Waitlist members always get first access before the general public.

What if I do not receive a product before spots run out?
If all spots are filled before your turn, you can either move up in priority for the next batch or request a full refund.
